Resonant - Daily Affirmations

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Resonant mobile application ("App") operated by Studio0172 ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
Use the App to transmit harmful or malicious code
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Account and Data

User Data

The App stores your preferences, saved affirmations, and usage data locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, this data may be stored in your personal iCloud account.

Data Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored within the App. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, theft, or user error.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium Subscription

The App offers optional Premium subscription plans with additional features and content.

Subscription Options

Weekly: Billed every 7 days
Monthly: Billed every 30 days
Annual: Billed every 365 days

Payment

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Renewal

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price you originally purchased.

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Changes take effect for the next billing cycle after notice is provided.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

4. Content

Affirmation Content

The affirmations and content provided in the App are for informational and inspirational purposes only.

Important: The App does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical or mental health condition.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Studio0172 or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

User-Generated Actions

Any preferences, saved items, or interactions you create within the App remain your personal data but are subject to these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
Defects will be corrected
The App is free of viruses or harmful components
The results from using the App will meet your expectations

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Studio0172 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Studio0172 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Studio0172 regarding your use of the App.

14. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and Studio0172 only, not with Apple
Studio0172, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you
