Studio0172 ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Resonant mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information Stored Locally on Your Device

• Saved Affirmations: Affirmations you mark as favorites
• Interaction Data: Which affirmations you've viewed, marked as "Hits Home," or interacted with

This data is stored solely on your device to personalize your experience.

iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you enable iCloud sync:

• Your saved affirmations and preferences may be stored in your personal iCloud account
• Data syncs across your Apple devices signed into the same iCloud account
• We do not have access to your iCloud data—it is managed entirely by Apple

Subscription Information

If you purchase a Premium subscription:

• Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store
• We receive confirmation of your subscription status from Apple
• We do not collect or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID

Local Storage

Your data is stored locally using standard iOS data storage mechanisms, protected by:

• Device passcode/Face ID/Touch ID
• iOS encryption
• App sandboxing

No Server Storage

We do not operate servers that store your personal data. Your information remains on your device (and optionally in your personal iCloud account).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

The App uses these third-party services:

Access Your Data

All your data is stored on your device. You can view your saved affirmations and preferences directly within the App.

Delete Your Data

• Within the App: Go to Settings → Reset to clear all local data
• Deleting the App: Uninstalling removes all locally stored data
• iCloud Data: Disable iCloud sync in settings or delete via your device's iCloud settings

Control iCloud Sync

You can enable or disable iCloud sync at any time in the App's settings.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since the App stores data only locally, there is minimal risk to children's privacy.

7. International Users

The App is available internationally through the Apple App Store. Your data remains on your device regardless of your location. If you use iCloud sync, your data may be transferred to Apple data centers subject to Apple's privacy practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date and providing notice within the App for significant changes.
