Is my data private?
Yes! All your check-in data stays on your device. We don't collect, store, or share your personal anxiety tracking information. You have complete control and can delete your data at any time. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
How often should I check in?
We recommend checking in once daily, ideally at the same time each day (like evening). This helps you build a consistent habit and provides better pattern insights. You can enable daily reminders in Settings.
Can I export my data?
Data export is planned for a future update. Currently, all your data is stored locally on your device and included in your iOS device backups.
The voice guidance isn't working. What should I do?
Try these steps:
  • Make sure your device isn't on silent mode (check the switch on the left side)
  • Turn up your volume using the volume buttons
  • Check that the speaker icon is enabled (not crossed out) during exercises
  • Restart the app and try again
Can I use this app on multiple devices?
Currently, data is stored locally on each device. iCloud sync is planned for a future update, which will allow seamless syncing across your Apple devices.
I accidentally deleted my data. Can I recover it?
The app creates automatic backups before saving data. If deletion just happened, try:
  1. Close and reopen the app
  2. The app may automatically restore from backup
If that doesn't work, you may be able to restore from your iOS device backup if you have one.
What are body cues?
Body cues are physical sensations that often accompany anxiety, such as:
  • Tight chest or shallow breathing
  • Racing heart or pounding
  • Tense muscles
  • Stomach unease
  • Restlessness or fatigue
Tracking these helps you recognize early warning signs and patterns.
